Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we currently deliver to all pin codes across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.

Our standard delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Yes, once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the order and shipping details. 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it has been shipped — whichever comes first.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via email with your order details. They will assist you with the process. 

Yes, if your order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer modifications to items or shipping addresses after an order has been placed. If changes are needed, you must cancel (if eligible) and place a new order.

Return and Refund Policy

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact. Worn, cleaned, or altered items are not eligible.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

To start a return, email us at blamantenterprises@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photos.  

Our team will review your request. If approved, we’ll share detailed instructions for returning the item to us.
